YK4702 two-color offset press is a real 8-mo offset press produced by Yingkou Gronhi, which has adopted the advanced 3-D software and introduced foreign technologies followed the international common V-Shape five-cylinder arrangement. Its appearance ends the history of unavailable 8-mo Two-color offset press and breaks a new century of light press development.

 * Performance Features

1.　Compact machine size is the same as single-color set and easy to operate.

2.　Applying of central controlling system on unique panel and perfect function of feed & delivery jam auto-detection.

3.　Adopted high precision stock positioning system and push side register for the lateral direction and fine adjustment without stopping the machine. The register for color printing could be finely adjusted towards the transverse and circumference directions on the printing cylinders.

4.　Quick balance of inking and dampening. You may select either separated or integrated inking and dampening system during printing. Normally you may use integrated inking and dampening system to get 　　quick balance of inking and dampening to reduce waste paper during proof printing. Select separated system to get much saturated solid ink color job for special printing.

5.　Plate clamping and the inching device are adopted not only to fulfill plate installing and removing but also avoid the hard work of running the machine manually. Simplified the operation and adjustment.

6.　A perfecting printing could be realized since the double-eccentric control system utilized on blanket cylinders to keep impression pressure evenly.
